Eligibility Criteria of West Bengal Oasis Scholarship

• For Post matric scholarship for OBC student

• It is necessary that an individual should be a student of the post-secondary level and must come from OBC category.
•  Make sure that yearly income should be less than Rs 1 lakh. 
• Post matric scholarship for ST/SC students

• An individual should be a student of the post-secondary level and belongs to the ST/SC category. 
• The yearly income of the family should not be more than Rs.  2.5 lakh.
• Pre matric scholarship for SC students

• It is required that the individual should be studying in class 9th and 10th and should be of the SC category.  
• The yearly income must be less than 2 lakhs.
• Pre matric scholarship for ST students

• ST individual should be  studying in class 9th and 10^th.  
• Annual income of the people who want to apply should be less than Rs. 2 lakhs. 

Application Procedure of Oasis Scholarship

• Firstly, go to the official website of the Oasis Scholarship Scheme, https://oasis.gov.in/
•  You will land on the home page of the website. 
• Click on the students’ registration option on the home page. 
• You will see a new page on the screen.
• Then choose the district in which your institution is located. 
• You will be directed to a new page. 
• Then enter the details and verify your caste certificate. 
• After that click on submit option on the screen.
• Now the registration information will be open on the screen. 
• Then do login by providing your credentials.
• Next, click on the apply of apply on the screen. 
• You will see the application form on the screen. 
• After that Click on Save and Proceed option. 
• Now take print application form and submit it with all the supporting documents to the concerned Block Development Officer (BDO) for block area or PO cum DWO for municipality corporation.
